I have a small-time YouTube channel with some DIY type stuff, and the comments are overwhelmingly positive, but there's always one or two people with the attention span of a gnat that simply want to see one very specific part of the process and will complain "get to the point! You talk too much!" Well, yeah...the whole point of my videos is to provide help to people who have ZERO knowledge or experience going into whatever the project might be, so I have to cover very basic stuff. Otherwise my content is not helpful to its target audience. I ignore most of the negativity, but occasionally I'll sarcastically offer the disappointed party a full refund. Ha.
